Liberty World Outreach Church, Inc. existed as a solidified concrete of God's Word for (9) nine years under the leadership of Rev. Samson Doolin. In 1994, Dr. Emile H. Hawkins, Sr., was ordained as a new Assistant Pastor. In July 1995, Dr. Emile Hawkins, Sr. was installed as the new Senior Pastor of Liberty World Outreach Church, Inc.

From this point forward LWO has been on a Spirited Filled, Charismatic, Biblical Principle journey of Innovation, Restoration, and Teaching. Emile H. Hawkins Sr., Senior Pastor, has brought forth many opportunities to Liberty World Outreach Church under his leadership. Dr. Hawkins has been elected as the Chairman for Tulsa Jobs Partnership created to help people in the communities better themselves as well as their lifestyle.

Dr. Hawkins remains connected to the young people in his church, and he constantly seeks opportunities to bring "hope" to those living in "despair." President/Founder of "High Hopes" Youth & Family Services a summer camp organized solely for children ages five years to twelve years where the children have many activities, field trips, and are introduced to the Word of God. 

Liberty World Outreach, in 2002, built a new facility: The Liberty World Outreach Youth & Family Activity Center "A Multi Purpose Facility." Pastor's heart for the new project is that the multi-purpose building not be just for our church body only. We have scheduled week-day programs that will bring "hope" to this community.
