To provide Christian education for our children and youth which will prepare them to become an effective generation of ministers and Spirit- filled citizens of this country.
To provide a school of ministry or Bible institute that will educate adults concerning the knowledge contained within the Bible as well as church history. Other courses will include theological and doctrinal instruction & practical ministry applications (Liberty Bible Institute - LBI).
To teach and emphasize the necessity of everyone working together as a T. E. A. M. (Together Experiencing a Ministry or Together Everyone Achieves More).
To equip and enable those who are called to the ecclesiastical ministry with information and opportunities whereby they can demonstrate those gifts (Minister's Accountability Group -MAG).
To send out and support ministers within this congregation who are called to the office of apostle, pastor, teacher, evangelist, prophet, or missionary (Operation Good News International Ministries).

To provide outreach programs and services such as:
feeding, rehabilitation, and placement of the homeless.
a street witnessing team with outdoor parades & music crusades.
a nursing home ministry.
a hospital & home care visitation ministry, including HOSPICE.
a tutorial/remedial program, vocational training, and GED obtainment.
a mentoring & discipling program for young men and women.
a recreational facility that promotes a wholesome atmosphere and an environment for fun.
a prison ministry and a half-way house.
a maternity home with an environment for teaching new mothers.
a summer enrichment camp "High Hopes" for kids pre-school through 12th grade.
